We have a number of student properties. Most are for 1 year fixed term lets.

– You will need to provide proof of identification – passport or photo ID, proof of UK residency, and your student University ID.

- You will need to provide a guarantor.

- The guarantor needs to be a UK resident and UK property owner with a good credit history and proven income of 36 x the monthly rent guaranteed.

- Without a Guarantor you will need to pay the total rent in advance.

– To take a property all referencing will need to be satisfactorily completed, the Tenancy Agreement signed, and the first month’s Rent will need to paid, within 10 working days.
